Player Conduct and Incident reporting

 

Should an incident or player conduct report need to be submitted, this can be found here. This form encompases all competitions throughout Victoria. These forms will be sent to S&RV and then relayed to the relevant organising body i.e. Club Circuit.
All Incident reports must be filled in and submitted within 48 hours of the incident for all competitions.

Reporting Form

A report must be submitted for anything that results in:

  • Conduct Stroke
  • Conduct Game
  • Conduct Match

The following are the categories that can result in a Conduct penalty

  • Audible Obscenity,
  • Visual Obscenity,
  • Verbal Abuse,
  • Physical Abuse,
  • Unecessary Physical Contact,
  • Dangerous Play,
  • Dissent/Abuse of official,
  • Equipment Abuse,
  • Court abuse,
  • Deliberate distraction,
  • Time Wasting,
  • Coaching during play,
  • Unfair warm-up and,
  • Unsportsmanlike behaviour
