Come and join our female-focused fitness programs. Hits & Giggles sessions are designed for all players! Whether you have little to no squash or racquetball experience or have played the sport before, our coach is ready to adapt exercises to fit your specific needs. Our sessions are designed to build confidence and skill with the sport whilst having fun with like-minded women. Whether you aim to improve your fitness, make connections, or just learn a new sport in a comfortable setting, Hits & Giggles is the perfect match!
PROGRAM INFO
Hits & Giggles 6-Week Program
TUESDAYS from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
*Each session will run for 50 minutes
COMMENCING: Tuesday 19th February
CONCLUDING: Tuesday 26th March
WHAT TO WEAR: just comfy sports clothes!
WHAT TO BRING: a drink bottle (there is a water fountain too), and yourself! We have equipment for you to use during the program, but you are more than welcome to bring your own if applicable.
